What to Expect at Each Session
Gathering & Welcome
Each session begins with a warm welcome, helping the group settle into a respectful and comfortable space. Participants are reminded that sharing is always voluntary.
Sharing Our Faith Stories
At the heart of each meeting is the sharing of our faith stories. Participants may speak openly about their experiences, questions, or struggles, or simply listen.

Reflection on a Catholic Theme
Each session includes guided discussion around a theme related to the Catholic faith. These themes are offered to encourage discussion, not to instruct or persuade.
Conversation & Compassionate Listening
Participants are invited into discussion, grounded in mutual respect. Different perspectives and experiences are welcomed without judgement.

Weekly Closing
Each session concludes in a simple and meaningful way, allowing the group to reflect and bring the gathering to a peaceful close.
Confidentiality
Throughout the programme, confidentiality and respect are upheld, creating a safe space for honest conversation and spiritual reflection.
After Landings
Participants may choose to reconnect with parish life, continue faith conversations, or simply leave with greater peace and clarity. There are no obligations.
